The Leverage Group is a highly specialized niche recruiting firm with a core focus in the Investment Banking/ IT Finance field. The primary function of The Leverage Group is to locate and present the best-qualified applicants the current market has to offer. We interview and evaluate each candidate prior to submission to ensure a proper match with respect to each specific client. This is based on technical aptitude, interpersonal ability, salary/rates, and geographical accessibility.
Approximately 90 % of the placements that we make are through our referral network. We have our own in house technical questionnaire forms, updated yearly, which were created by the best and brightest I.T. technicians in their area of expertise. We also have ex-MIS Director on staff, to help evaluate each candidate's technical strength's and weaknesses.

Prior to a resume submission, it is mandatory that the applicant is put through a technical interview and met personally by a Senior Recruiter. Additionally, 3 references from past employers must also be checked. This information is then attached to the profile when a resume is e-mailed. If it is an entry level candidate, we will ask for their professors contact information.
